Commercial corporation VAO “Sovrybflot” (JOINT FISHING FLEET) has been well known for more than 30 years to the fishermen of all the fishery basins of Russia, the Ukraine, Baltic States, as well as to the other foreign partners as a general agent operating for and on behalf of the enterprises of the fishing industry in the export-import of fish and seaproducts and other goods, rendering services for the regular operation of the fishing fleet.

At present VAO “Sovrybflot” comprises 73 share-holders incorporating the enterprises of fishing industry, financial and commercial companies from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad, from Murmansk to Astrakhan.

The main goals and tasks of VAO “Sovrybflot” are determined by its charter and directed to provide the practical assistance for the fishing industry and other branches of economy, to develop their external economic links to increase the effectiveness of the export-import operations and competitiveness of the products.

Widening its activity on the African continent, especially in West Africa, VAO “Sovrybflot” would like to promote its produce to the Western African market. Company is interested in establishing close and direct relations with Ghanaian companies which have capacity for wholesale purchases of a frozen fish in the consignments from 300 up to 2000 tons every 1,5 - 2 months.
