     Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Aleksandr Saltanov Meets with Ambassadors Members of African Diplomatic Group in Moscow


     On January 23, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Aleksandr Saltanov received the members of the African Diplomatic Group in Moscow, Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Abdoulaye Charles Danioko of Mali, Roberto Monteiro of Angola, Andre Hgongang Quandji of Cameroon, Meshack George Nyambati of Kenya, Abdullahi Sarki Mukhtar of Nigeria, Djibrine Abdoul of Chad, and Mochubela Jacob Seekoe of the Republic of South Africa.

     During the talk that took place, problems of Russian-African relations of mutual interest were discussed.

     Separate attention was paid to questions of ensuring the security of the foreign diplomatic representations in Moscow and their staff. Aleksandr Saltanov informed his interlocutors of the measures being taken by Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and law enforcement bodies for the maintenance of normal conditions for the work of the diplomatic missions and the stay in our country of foreign citizens.
